She became my buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, and ultimately a new friend. I had a long list of hard-to-find criteria for my new home, but Loraine never gave up looking. She was wonderful to work with through the quick and somewhat impromptu sale of my original house, and when my dream home appeared as a FSBO in Vermont, continued to be exceptionally supportive, even though she could not benefit from that transaction. Loraine goes above and beyond the call of duty in her job, and whether you are buying or selling (or both!), I cannot recommend her highly enough.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she walked me through every step. I was also buying from out of state, and Lorraine always got me in to see showings when I was in town and had a last minute listing I wanted to see. Where Lorraine really shone was the process from offer to close. I had a long and difficult close, that required multiple specialty inspections - Lorraine's knowledge of the market meant she had great recommendations for me. She even attended some of them that I couldn't be there for, to make sure all went well. Her connections really came through at the close - the seller didn't provide the right documentation, and we thought we wouldn't be able to close on time. Lorraine used her connections, got the right paperwork, and we closed minutes before the banks closed for the weekend. I would not have been able to close that day if she had not been so dedicated to seeing this through. I'm so grateful to Lorraine for all the extra time she spent with me to make sure I got my dream house!

Loraine was absolutely the light at the end of our dark tunnel. With the stress of selling our home out of state and the endless house hunting in a new state Loraine kept us focused when we wanted to give up. Numerous doors closed on us when we fell in love with a home for whatever reason. There was nothing fun in our situation, lots of anger, let downs, tears, Loraine believed there was a home for us and about six months later we have our forever home. If it wasn't for all the late night calls or calling her at work or on weekends even when she was doing things with family she always answered the phone to answer any and all questions, if there was no answer she got you answers. Loraine gave us hope with positive reassurance. We started with an real estate agent and finished with a great friend. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone. Just ask her how difficult my situation was. If she can't get you your forever home no one can.
